Due to the size and weight of the shredder and the protective packaging, most shredders are shipped on a wooden pallet. Delivery is typically made to a facility with a receiving dock. Once delivered at the dock, the customer is responsible to move the unit to it’s deployment location.

For those locations without a receiving dock, a special truck with a rear lift gate will be required for an additional fee of $50.
