Return/Restocking Policy
SEM’s products are highly engineered equipment and are subject to the standard SEM sales and refund policy, which requires returns to be made within 30 calendar days of the date of shipment. Customized equipment may not be returned for refund unless such product is defective or arrives inoperable.
If the item is returnable, you must return to SEM in the original packaging. You must contact SEM Customer Service at (800) 225-9293 for a Return Authorization Number, (RMA), prior to returning the product. In order for your RMA to remain valid, you are required to supply SEM with a freight tracking number for the returning product within seven (7) calendar days of being issued an RMA number. Customers are exclusively responsible for the condition of the returned product until it has been received by SEM; therefore, insurance of the equipment is recommended.
Failure to obtain an RMA or improper packaging may cause the return to be refused. SEM reserves the exclusive right to authorize a return of product.
A restocking fee of 15% plus the cost of outbound and inbound freight will be charged. If items are not returned in factory packaging/crating, additional charges may apply.
