SEM’s tethered chute block for the 0303 or 0315 HDD/SSD combo shredders offers a user-friendly solution that prevents feeding both HDDs and SSDs at the same time. This intuitive device is constructed of a heavy duty plastic chute cover that is attached to the shredder with a braided steel wire. The plastic chute cover is custom engineered to fit perfectly on one side of the feed chute, effectively blocking either the HDD or SSD side so that only one type of drive can be fed at a time. The cover is easily moved from HDD feed chute to SSD feed chute and vice versa. Must be installed at time of initial purchase — unable to retrofit existing shredders.
