The Model 0304 is a high volume system designed for production-like environments and extremely high volumes, up to 1,400 enterprise and/or up to 3,500 consumer drives/hour. The Model 0304 shredder for the destruction of rotational/magnetic drives has a 20HP high torque shredder that uses specially designed solid steel saw tooth hook cutters to chew up the rotational hard drives at 1.50″ width x random length. The system is clean, quiet (70 to 88 dB), vibration free, is mounted on casters, and has a small footprint. The system includes a discharge conveyor to direct the shredded waste into a collection bin of choice. Destroys media up to 1.65″ thick. In addition to HDDs, the system is also ideal for shredding of data tapes, cell phones, smartphones, optical media, PCBs, and other related electronic storage media. The 0304 also includes HEPA filtration for ultimate operator and environmental health and safety.
