Customer Care and Sales Support

Jennifer has over 15 years of experience in office management with a focus on customer service. Prior to joining SEM in January of 2017, Jennifer has served in a wide variety of roles including Office Manager, PR Assistant, and Inside Sales. In her current role, Jennifer assists customers while also maintaining and updating controlled documents including internal forms, manufacturing processes, and product manuals as well as sales related documents such as the price lists and quote templates. Jennifer is also an authorized negotiator for SEM’s GSA contract items, which entails handling the process of adding, deleting, and maintaining pricing for SEM’s two GSA contracts.

Jen is the proud mom of two kids in elementary school and spends her free time volunteering at her children’s school and, along with her husband, is involved with Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts.
