Bryan has over 25 years of customer care experience with targeted expertise in sales and customer service. developing processes to streamline activities and lean practices. Bryan is a fundamental problem solver who takes pride in holding the interest of both the company and the client in the highest regard, and he enjoys developing lean processes to streamline activities. Prior to joining SEM in 2014, Bryan spent his career developing three inside sales/customer service teams from the ground up to be self-sustaining, one of which was responsible for 36MM in annual sales and supported 8,000 users worldwide, and another was a new branch added to a 19-location company. Within one year, that branch became the nationwide top performer for the company. Bryan received his BA in Business Management and Marketing from Assumption College.

When he is not assisting SEM clients, Bryan enjoys biking, fishing, photography, and spending time with family and friends.
