This Reconditioned SEM Disintegrator has been evaluated by NSA and with the standard 3/32" screen that comes with the system and meets the requirements of NSA/CSS 02-02 Specification, High Security Disintegrators and the NSA/CSS 04-02, Optical Media Destruction Devices.
This 5 Bladed cutting system reconditioned Model 22 provides the same level of reliability and performance as our New Systems, but at a significant savings. Machine includes a dual bag 3/4 Hp waste collection system ( F034 ).
All reconditioned systems have undergone a stringent overview at our factory, which includes the testing & evaluation of all mechanical and electrical components, replacement of all out-of-tolerance components, replacement of wear items such as v-belts & various safety components. Knives are resharpened and screens are replaced if needed. Cleaning, refinishing, as well as inspection and testing to new machine standards is also included.
