The DX-CD2™ Data Destroyer securely and permanently removes digital information from optical storage media. This premium device deploys a patented technology that grinds the information layer off of the media and is 100% effective. All data is eliminated completely and permanently and there is no possibility of forensic recovery.

The DX-CD2 has been evaluated by NSA and meets the requirements of NSA/CSS Specification 04-02 for Optical Media Destruction Devices with a rating of up to 150 CDs per hr. 

The DX-CD2 meets NIST SP 800-88 standard for Optical Disc Destruction and is HIPAA, FACTA, Sarbanes-Oxley and Gramm-Leach-Bliley compliant.

The DX-CD2 has been evaluated by NSA and meets the requirements of NSA/CSS Specification 04-02 for CD Media Destruction. 

CANADA: G1-001 Security Equipment Guide (SEG)

The DX-CD2 and the DX-DVDm meets the requirements of the Canadian Royal Mounted Police (RCMP) for listing in the G1-001 Security Equipment Guide (SEG) as an approved device for the destruction of all Classified and Protected information on optical media when used in accordance with the operating instructions.

Unit comes with Two Vacuum Collection bags ( one installed, one replacement ) and Two Cutting Blades ( one installed, one easy to install replacement blade).

Additional Vacuum Bags ( package of three ) and Cutting blades are also available as options.
