Printing Error May Render $32 Billion in Euro Banknotes Worthless  Not only is the Euro's exchange rate shrinking, but 320 million 100 Euro Banknotes have been misprinted and are nothing but expensive scrap paper.  A security design meant to discourage counterfeiting of the banknotes on color copiers, has been misprinted. The error was not discovered until most of the banknotes had been delivered to Germany's Central Bank.  The misprinted banknotes will not go into circulation.  Oh Well - It's Only Money.
