GSA-U.S. General Services Administration
GSA acts as a catalyst for nearly $66 billion in federal spending—more than one-fourth of the government's total procurement dollars. The agency also influences the management of federal assets valued at nearly $500 billion. These assets include more than 8,300 government-owned or leased buildings, an interagency fleet of 170,000 vehicles, and technology programs and products ranging from laptop computers to systems that cost over $100 million.
NAID-National Association of Information Destruction
NAID is the international trade association for companies providing information destruction services. Suppliers of products, equipment and services to destruction companies are also eligible for membership. NAID's mission is to promote the information destruction industry and the standards and ethics of its member companies.
AOC - Association of Old Crows
"The Association of Old Crows (AOC) is a nonprofit international professional association with over 14,500 members and 100+ organizations engaged in the science and practice of Electronic Warfare (EW), Information Operations (IO), and related disciplines." AOC has members in 47 countries with 65 chapters in 19 countries. AOC’s membership includes executives, scientists, engineers, managers, operators, educators, and military personnel.
AFCEA- Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association
AFCEA serves as a bridge between government requirements and industry capabilities, representing the top government, industry, and military professionals in the fields of information technology, communications, and intelligence. AFCEA, a non-profit international association, is dedicated to supporting global security by providing an ethical environment that encourages a close cooperative relationship among civil government agencies, the military and industry.
AFA-Air Force Association
The Air Force Association is an independent non-profit aerospace organization whose objective is to promote greater understanding of aerospace and national defense issues. AFA is a grass-roots organization with a membership of nearly 180,000. The Air Force Association was incorporated in the District of Columbia on February 6, 1946.
National Security Industrial Association
This extensive Web site contains a broad array of links and resources pertaining to the two newly merged associations, including the Government Contractor Resources Guide; Government Policy Department; Events and Meetings; Chapters, Committees, Divisions; and National Defense Magazine.
CMAS - California Multiple Award Schedule
The CMAS contracts are established using products, services and prices from already existing competitively assessed and cost compared multiple award contracts. The products, services and prices are primarily from the federal General Services Administration (GSA) multiple award schedule program Federal General Services Administration (GSA), but not exclusively. To these products, services and prices, we add California contract terms and conditions and procurement codes and policies and establish a totally independent California contract.
SBA - Small Business Administration
The SBA was officially established in 1953, but its philosophy and mission began to take shape years earlier in a number of predecessor agencies, largely as a response to the pressures of the Great Depression and World War II.
