Terms and Conditions Effective Date: July 1, 2010 Ordering & Tracking: SEM will be pleased to assist you by phone, fax, or email during our normal business hours: Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time or through your sales representative at 800-225-9293. All items are priced in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change. There is a $25.00 minimum order amount. To track your order, please call 800-225-9293 for customer care. Payments: All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. SEM accepts checks, money orders, credit cards, wire transfers, ACH and purchase orders pending credit approval. Mail orders to: SEM, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diner Card and Government IMPAC cards. Invoices unpaid over stated terms are subject to a 1.5% per month finance charge. International orders must be paid in advance by wire transfer or letter of credit. Please contact our accounting department for wire and other credit related information at 800-225-9293. Tax Policy: Orders with a “Ship To” location within the states of Warranty Information: SEM warrantees all products we sell to be free from manufacturing defects. If a product is found to be defective, SEM will either repair or exchange the product at SEM’s sole discretion. Warranties are machine specific and may vary. Please contact SEM customer service for specific warranty periods. Cancellations: SEM will make every effort to cancel orders when requested. SEM’s standard restocking fee is 15% of the order. To avoid SEM’s standard 15% restocking charge, orders should be cancelled prior to shipment. SEM will not be responsible for any costs incurred up to the point of cancellation, including shipping, restocking, and any other fee. Custom made or specialty orders may not be cancelled. Shipping Notice / Damaged Goods: DO NOT sign delivery receipt until you have inspected and accepted shipment for physical damage. Packages are shipped in new condition. Packages signed for without noting physical damage, SEM cannot be responsible for the items you accept. DO NOT limit your ability to collect damage claims. Please note on the driver’s paperwork refusal of shipment or any other exceptions. Your notes on the shipping receipt or bill of lading will make it possible for SEM to pursue a shipping damage claim if applicable. Please notify SEM customer service at 800-225-9293 of any issues.
