Return Policy - November 2008

SEM’s products are highly engineered equipment and are subject to the standard SEM sales and refund policy, which requires returns to be made within 14 calendar days of the date of shipment. Customized equipment may not be returned for refund unless such product is defective or arrives inoperable.

 

If the item is returnable, you must return to SEM in the original packaging. You must contact SEM Customer Service at (800) 225-9293 for a Return Authorization Number, (“RMA”), prior to returning the product. Failure to obtain an RMA or improper packaging may cause the return to be refused. SEM reserves the exclusive right to authorize a return of product, amount of credit for said return is available and any restocking charges assessed.
