Unlike machines with base mounted panels, the MX-Enclosure series surrounds the entire machine, including the feed area and air system on Models 22, 1012, 15, 22 and new or retrofit applications.  | SEM offers various electrical options, but none more popular that the MCP-224 Master Control Panel. A recommended option for systems where there are 3-4 components. (i.e. Disinterator, fan unit, airlock, conveyor, etc.) that have independant control functions. The MCP-224 is a single panel push button station interconnecting to each of the components motor starters, allowing the operator to control each component from the central control station. The master control panel includes display lights, sequential starting and timed shut down for the entire system, a real plus in a busy environment.

Premier Performance Packages for new equipment
Need additional destruction capacity but your budget or floor space won't allow for a larger disintegrator? Then let SEM configure a premier performance package to meet your needs. Each of our premier packages starts with SEM's rock solid base disintegrator. We add (2) additional cutting knives creating a 5 blade solid rotor providing additional cutting inertia and 2400 more cuts per minute. Depending on the model of disintegrator, horsepower is increased 5-15 HP. Couple that with a larger material evacuation system and it all equals 30-40% increased capacity.
In addition to increased capacity, other performance benefits include reduced noise levels, less power consumption, lower vibration and ability to handle greater material thickness.
