Leonard Rosen, Chairman of Board and Founder

   
Mr. Rosen founded SEM in 1967 when he and a partner developed and marketed high security disintegration equipment to the Federal Government.  Mr. Rosen has possessed numerous positions with SEM over the years, including sales and marketing and operations.  Prior to SEM, Mr. Rosen served in management positions related to sales and marketing roles with various domestic and international manufacturers. Mr. Rosen continues to be actively involved with the strategic vision of SEM.  Mr. Rosen served in the U.S. Army and is a Korean War Veteran.  Mr. Rosen possesses a BS in Marketing from Boston University.


Andrew Kelleher, President

  
 Mr. Kelleher has over 15 years of experience in the information security industry working for SEM in various capacities over the past 20 years.  Prior to SEM, Mr. Kelleher was Vice President and General Manager of Callaway Golf, golf ball business located in Chicopee, Massachusetts.  In this role, Mr. Kelleher transitioned a vertically positioned global business which had previously filed for bankruptcy under Spalding Sports, into a profitable manufacturer and supplier of golf balls.  Mr. Kelleher managed the $250MM golf ball business including operations and strategic positioning of Callaway golf ball business.  Prior to Callaway, Mr. Kelleher worked for Babcock Borsig Machinery Co., Inc. where he was responsible for the management and ultimate divestiture of eight operating manufacturers in the U.S. and Canada.  Mr. Kelleher's specialty is the reorganization and redirection of small to midsize businesses.  Mr. Kelleher has his BS in Finance from Bentley College, MBA with a concentration in Accounting from Nichols College and is a Certified Management Accountant.


Nicholas Cakounes, Vice President and General Manager

    
Mr. Cakounes has over 20 years experience in the development of laboratory instrumentation and injection molded consumables.  Mr. Cakounes was the Director of Operations at Matrix Technologies, a medical instrument manufacturer where he oversaw all aspects of supply chain and a leader in his knowledge of MRP and ERP systems. Mr. Cakounes has also overseen manufacturing as the Vice president of Manufacturing at Fisher Scientific where he was responsible for multiple sites and over 300 employees producing laboratory consumables and lab bench instrumentation for the life science industry. Mr. Cakounes's most recent  role was as Vice President of Research Development and Engineering at Thermo Fisher Scientific where he was responsible for
over 20 engineers and scientists developing biomedical plastics and electromechanical instrumentation for manipulating small volumes of liquids. Nicholas has a proven success rate developing and growing small businesses with a direct sales force structure into sustaining revenue
producing business.  Mr. Cakounes possesses a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Lowell.

Michael Paciello, Director National Sales

  
 Mr. Paciello has over 30 years of national sales experience managing multiple product lines and sales channels for major information technology companies.  Prior to joining SEM, Mr. Paciello was the Director of Sales and Marketing for various global technology companies. In these roles, Mr. Paciello managed multiple supply channels, including distribution, and original equipment manufacturers.  Mr. Paciello has developed various reseller programs and his specialty is building
relationships with sales channels to increase product distribution.  Mr. Paciello earned his BS from Assumption College and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Anna Maria College.



Terry Creek, Director Government Sales

    
Mr. Creek has over 28 years of information security experience selling to various federal and state agencies.  Mr. Creek has been a major sales contributor to SEM since 1987 and a sales manager since 1998. Mr. Creek is well versed in the selling and supporting through the U.S. Federal Government and its Agencies.  Mr. Creek has significant knowledge of the Military, Intelligence and Federal Law Enforcement Communities.  Mr. Creek has a BS in Business from the University of
Maryland.



Eva Marie DiVirgilio, Director of Finance & Administration

    
Mrs. DiVirgilio has been with the company since 2006 and has fulfilled various accounting and administrative rolls, including human resources and procurement. Mrs. DiVirgilio has significant knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations and is SEM's Contracting Officer responsible for the administration of the Company's various GSA supply schedules. Prior to SEM, Mrs. DiVirgilio served in multiple accounting and financial rolls in public and private companies.  Mrs. DiVirgilio is a veteran of the United States Air Force.   Mrs. DiVirgilio has a BA in Accounting from Assumption College
